Delivery and pickup will be scheduled as per the agreed timeline. Delays caused due to client-side issues may attract extra charges.

Rented furniture must be used responsibly. The customer is liable for any damage, loss, or misuse beyond normal wear and tear.
6. Damage & Loss
Minor wear is acceptable. Any major damage, stains, breakage, or missing items will be charged based on repair or replacement costs.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be informed in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per CozyCraft’s cancellation policy.
8. Cleaning & Maintenance
All furniture is delivered clean and well-maintained. Customers should return items in the same condition.
9. Force Majeure
CozyCraft shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
10. Changes to Terms
CozyCraft reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be reflected on the website.
